SALES CAREER PROGRAM 

Rite-Hite, founded in 1965, is a world 

Program Overview leader in the manufacture, sale, and service of loading dock equipment, industrial doors, safety barriers, machine guarding, HVLS fans, industrial curtain walls, and more – all designed to improve safety, security, productivity, and energy savings. 

Every semester, Rite-Hite recruits entry level graduates interested in our Sales Career Program in Milwaukee, WI. Those who are hired and successfully complete the program become a full-time sales representative in a protected territory after successful completion of the program. Rite-Hite has opportunities throughout our entire distribution network in the U.S. and Canada. 

3 months of training at our world headquarters in Milwaukee, WI: Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, 

• classroom training on our products, competitors, and customers Rite-Hite employs over 2,000 people 

• sales skills, presentations, demos, and strategies worldwide and maintains more than 

• territory and account management skills 30 representative organizations in 

3 months of field training after program completion, both hands on with the product 100 locations throughout North America, Asia, 

and with veteran sales professionals, your district sales manager, and others. Europe, and South America.

Applicant Pre-Requisites 

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, industrial distribution, marketing/sales or a related degree 

• Competitive drive with strong interest in outside sales as a potential profession 

• Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects at one time 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
